Jarabacoa
Jarabacoa and Constanza are towns that are set in the middle of the island
mountain range where pine forest trees, water falls, river rapids, and cooler
temperatures can be found. The mountain range is as high as 10,000 ft
above sea level.

The rafting takes place mainly on the Yaque del Norte River, the largest in

all have professional guides that will help you to go through the basic
training so that you can enjoy your action adventure through the canyons
and rapids.
Canyoning
Canyoning here is mainly done in the Jimenoa Falls where you descend
through its canyons to later enjoy a swim in the crystalline and cool water
of its natural pool. There are several companies operating Jarabacoa and
they all have professional guides that will help you to go through the basic training.
Mountain Bike
The Jarabacoa valley is one of the best spots on the
island for mountain biking. There are new routes already
planned with different degrees of difficulty.
