Different to others that operate illegally without permit, we are authorize by the State Department of Tourism of the Dominican Republic to operate as Incoming Tour Operator, License number AVT-2/2005. We are also Travel Agent and member of ADAVIT (Tourism and Travel Agents Association) ID #0224.
The idea arises in 1998 when Mr. Rafael Silva noticed the need to satisfy a segment of tourist market that was not being taken care of properly... PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION.
It was not until the year 2000 that finally the idea was materialized. Since then, Rafael Silva has dedicated itself to sell terrestrial tourist transport services within the entire country using the Internet and his personal domains or Web site to capture customers.
He has made strategic partnerships with different terrestrial tourist transportation companies in all the country to which he demands very high standards in order to satisfy the exigencies and desires that his clients deserves. These alliances have allowed Rafael Silva to operate from and to almost all the tourist destinations and most concurred airports at national level. We make arrangements for different size vehicles. All of them are insured and Air-Conditioned.
You will be traveling only with your party not sharing the rides with others.
We will greet you outside customs area. Your driver will be holding up a meeting card that reads RAFAEL SILVA or the name of your choice so finding your driver will be very easy¨.
